The Wonderful Elixir that is Coffee

Caffeine has a strange effect on my brain. It always makes me… crazed. I just feel creative and have too much energy. This usually manifests itself in the form of “art” and conversation. Which is an art in its own right. Usually my coffee induced mania gives rise to the strangest of drawings. I wish I could ascribe any sort of meaning or importance to these drawings but that can only be done retroactively. To be completely honest my “natural” style is really just sort of a Rorschach test: I never know what I’m drawing until I’m about a quarter through and realize that squiggles on the paper look kind of like a two headed man or what have you. The funnest part, for me, is refining these squiggles into semi-coherent images while maintaining clean, simplistic lines.

Anywho, here are close ups of those three coffee induced abominations with the best explanation that I can manage.

A two headed person. One head is a paranoid old man and the other is a blind baby. Also there is some sort of toothed vagina on its back.

A baby reaching out to some sort of undead creature.

A goblinesque creature that has torn his mouth open by smiling so much is reaching up for some unseen treasure.

The Goblin King

A simple doodle made for no other reason than this blog desperately needs a new post.
For anyone who knows me and also reads this blog, let’s face if you don’t know me you aren’t reading this, you will no doubt notice that this is my “natural” style. Which I have heard arguments that I should I simply keep with this and make the bizarre, zany stories that such an art style lends itself to. Considering I’ve yet to do anything outside of the B&M* department there really is not a reason I shouldn’t. Except that action poses are difficult in such a style. Nothing that practice couldn’t handle though, I suppose.
If anybody read this blog I’d ask for your input. Which I guess is what I have just done…
Too many decisions to be made and too much time to spend not making them.

I still do not have my precious コンピュータ in my possession, so this is as fancy as I care to get without a drawing pad and photoshop combination.

The Maiden Voyage of the Flagship Quizzly Bear

Hello all and welcome to QuisenCorp.Co

Thank you all for some how discovering my online enclave of artistic excess.*  Since this is the first post ever the only thing of note to report is that this now exists. Which, if you have read to this point, should come as no surprise. (Hopefully.) Existential crises aside I do hope you enjoy your stay and I will do my best to supply a steady stream of content worth considering.

*If you are reading this at any point remotely close to 24/4/2011 then chances are you know me personally. Should this be the case please ignore the aforementioned accolades regarding any sort of discovery. To this demographic I would instead like to offer you my whole hearted thanks for your support of my online endeavors.

Thanks & Regards
